The Process Support Services consists of four distinct resources providing back-office support that work in conjunction with the Core Delivery Team. These resources add operating leverage on rote high volume and data-intensive processes and provide for more efficient execution of deliverables. Process Support Services consist of Business Development Support for CRM management and lead generation, Financial Process Services for data management and bookkeeping services, Graphic Design Services for graphics and custom design work, and Library Services for sourcing company, industry, and economic reports and data.
